President & Broker
Mike is the Founder and President of The Vitolo Company. Prior to launching his company in 1991, Mike was an Economist at the Washington State Office of Financial Management, responsible for publishing the revenue forecast in the Quarterly Economic and Revenue Forecast Report. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master's Degree in Economics from Western Washington University. Mike enjoys traveling, skiing, and a good cup of coffee.

Elisabeth is a licensed insurance broker, has extensive Employee Benefits management experience, and specializes in brokerage operations. She received her B.A. in International Affairs, concentrating in socio-economic processes, as well as a B.A. in French, from Eastern Washington University. Elisabeth loves playing with her pets, singing, and traveling.
Hilary has worked in finance for over ten years before becoming an Account Manager at The Vitolo Company. She received her B.A. in Anthropology from Central Washington University, along with a minor in Creative Writing. In her spare time, she is a musician, an extrovert, and a road-trip enthusiast.
Greta received her B.A. in English and History from the Evergreen State College. She brings experience in customer service and accounting to her work with the enrollment process. She enjoys knitting, a good book on a rainy day, and travel.
Claire manages client services, company operations, and IT. She received her Bachelor's degree in Business and Finance from Western Washington University and MBA from Seattle Pacific University. Claire worked for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle in auditing, before joining The Vitolo Company. Claire loves horses, her book club, and world travel.
Kien studied Linguistics at the University of Washington before beginning his career. Kien worked at an insurance carrier for 13+ years as a Claims Manager before moving to The Vitolo Company to specialize in claims resolution. Kien likes food, adventure, and more food.
Shannon received her B.A. in Social Sciences from Evergreen State College. She has 20+ years of experience in healthcare administration and manages office operations at The Vitolo Company. She likes reading during lunch break, jazz, and cats.
Georgie Costanza Ellingson
Georgie is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel & Poodle mix who ensures a fun team culture each and every day. Georgie is a student at Zoom Room and has experience in rolling over, sitting, laying down, being a t-rex, and eating. He likes blueberries, lunchtime walks, and post-its.
